ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ПОЗАБЛОКОВОСТІ УКРАЇНИ У КОНТЕКСТІ СУЧАСНИХ ТЕНДЕНЦІЙ У СФЕРІ БЕЗПЕКИ

Abstract

Peculiarities of non-block’s policy of Ukraine in the context of processes within
contemporary system of international security have been considered. It is stated that
the chosen policy is rather a tactical instrument than the strategic goal. The conditions
under which non-block policy reflects long-lasting interests in the most adequate way
are considered.
