СУЧАСНИЙ ПОГЛЯД НА ПРОБЛЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ

Abstract

This article is aimed to identify the primary challenges of project management
and to analyse the typical problems that usually arise within project management ac-
tivity. It is also aimed to give a new vision on the primary project management con-
straints: scope, time, quality and budget as well as on the secondary – challenge is
to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and integrate them to meet pre-de-
fined objectives.
