THE CRITERIA OF CONVERGENCE AND THE INDICATORS OF APPROXIMATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL AREAS TO EU

Abstract

Addressed the issue of finding ways to approaching European standards in the field of science and technology in Ukraine, monitoring the functioning of the European Research Area, the establishment in Ukraine economy based on knowledge and participation of our country in the global spread of technology in the article proposed the convergence criteria and indicators, which in turn, is based on a new standard of operation of scientific and technical sphere EU.
