Abstract

Abstract. Sooner or later any researcher of specific experiences of the being of humanity expresses
the desire to find out real motivations of the actors joining the ranks of the social organism
of international interactions and the extent to which these motives can be adequately
transformed under the influence of total calls of internal social and international environment.
Determination of the actual outlines of the motivations of the actors involved in international interactions,
and of the rules for forming the foundations of foreign policy in the international
space of States to a certain extent can be greatly facilitated if the researcher will be have an effective
methodology for the analysis of the foundations of international problems. The technique
of the second coordinate of the «Cube of motives» of the subjects of international interactions
represented in this article can serve as a useful tool for addressing these research objectives.
