MODERN TENDENCIES OF TRANSFORMATION PROCESSES IN TRANSBORDER COOPERATION OF THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE

Abstract

Abstract. The article deals with the peculiarities and tendencies in trans-border cooperation
transformations under the influence of economic fluctuations. The author has systematically
arranged methodological principles of complex economic systems transformations. Scientific
grounds for the formation of the integrative component of the European Union trans-border cooperation
development have been defined. The principle models of economic systems transformations
have been analyzed, the nature of the modern model of global household functioning and
international economic relations has been defined. The author has pointed out conceptual points
and principles of trans-border cooperation modern paradigm, formulated peculiar characteristics
of integration processes at trans-border and interregional levels. It has been proved that

diffusion-involving integration is one of the main theories that gives grounds to the transformation
of trans-border cooperation.
