INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS AND TOOLS FOR INNOVATIVE SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract. The article reviews the state of innovation activity in Ukraine, determines the main
factors which prevent the activation of businesses in the innovation field: the imperfect of institutional
support of innovative safety in the legal field, the uncertainty of organizational and economic
mechanism of management by innovation processes in the economy, the unformed
effective financial incentives for the growth of innovation costs, the lack of institutional conditions
for the development of innovation infrastructure, technology transfer, the low level of information
support innovation and so on. The article analyzes the effectiveness of institutional
support innovative safety of Ukraine by such mechanisms, methods and tools as: institutionallegal,
institutional-economic, institutional-organizational mechanisms and instruments of direct
and indirect methods of managing innovative safety. It was recommended actions to intensify
innovation activity in Ukraine.
