creation of free trade zone and mutual opening of markets will cause the need for modernization
of enterprise, open access to global supply chains, increase competition both domestically
and in the international market. This should cause activity in the formation of new areas of institutional
infrastructure business. The latter encompasses a set of complex institutions and
processes occurring during the interaction of business in the European enterprise environment
under the influence of related factors of state regulation of Ukraine, regional development and
European integration environment factors. The necessity to find ways of modeling institutional
infrastructure of enterprise in terms of European integration in order to provide the most effective
support infrastructure determines the relevance of the study.
Using a systematic approach was developed a model of the business environment, which is
based on the consideration of a single integrated system, taking into account the factors of government
regulation of business, regional development institutional infrastructure and enterprise
integration. The proposed approach in modeling of institutional infrastructure business system
based on factor analysis, which examines the system on the basis of the initial and differentiation
final factor criterial system integration.
Given the fact that the studied system is characterized by incomplete information, constant
variability, structural heterogeneity, and unpredictable lack of correlation of individual factors,
it is advisable to use the system-dynamic approach for modeling of the institutional infrastructure
of entrepreneurship in terms of European integration Ukraine.
For modeling relationships, material and information flows in the business environment in
terms of European integration a flow chart has been based. The internal laws of functioning of
individual system elements, external influences and management impacted on transaction costs.

Key words: business, business environment, institutional business infrastructure, transaction
