ADJUSTING OF CSR-POLICY: PRACTICE OF COUNTRIES-MEMBERS OF EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract

Abstract. The issues related to stimulation and adjusting of politics of corporate social responsibility
in the countries-members of EU are examined in the article. It is shown that introduction
in activity of business of international standards of quality, management of ecological
safety became the obligatory condition of exit and work at the European market. Also in the article
basic directions of politics of European Union are certain in area of CSR. It is marked on
that the governments of countries of EU are actively attracted in development and advancement
of corporate social responsibility. It is shown on the example of government control of CSR - policy
of national governments of Great Britain, France, Belgium, Estonia, Spain, that the most
valuable results are achieved at by those countries-members of EU, that use approach of the systems
in development of CSR. In particular, responsible state structures that coordinate work on
all directions of CSR are appointed in the considered countries, and the state determines the
rules of behavior and watches after their implementation. It is confirmed, that in the countries
of EU there is a high level of integration of social activity in general strategy of development of
company. At the same time, in the considered countries the individual going is used near the
choice of instruments, that is predefined by priorities of socio-economic development of every
country.
