Abstract

Abstract. The process of global energy system transformation is accompanied by a dominant
fuels change in the energy mix, technological and organizational innovation, expansion and optimization
of the energy supply chain. The current stage of international energy market transformation
inherents in the energy demand growth, increase of renewable energy use, rise of
energy efficiency. In the framework of such changes the main directions of investments are the
following: to meet the growing demand, compensation of energy production reduce from existing
oil and gas fields, supply infrastructure for traditional and alternative energy. Thus, the implementation
of the next stage of the international energy market transformation is a complex
and long process.
The key peculiarities of international energy market development were described, as well as
the essence of world energy architecture and specific features of world energy market transformation
were analyzed in this article. The main tendencies of world energy market development
to 2035 and the key directions for investments involving were characterized. The description of
the perspectives and current problems of the international energy market transformation were
proposed. According to the research, the main findings on specific features of the international
energy market transformation were presented.
