Abstract

Abstract. In the late XX – early XXI century. seen extensive growth process of transnationalization
of the world economy in which multinational corporations as one of the central subjects
of the global transformation of the world economic space, serve traders, investors,
distributors of modern technology. With the rapid technological changes effective selection strategy
is one of the first important challenges for corporations.
Mergers and acquisitions – one of the most common ways to develop resorted to by now most
of even the most successful companies. Mergers and acquisitions cause global impact on the
world economy and on the economies of individual countries. Thanks to M&А there is an inte-

gration of business, making it more powerful, less subservient regulation and control not only
by national governments, but also by international economic organizations.
