Abstract

Abstract. Current status of sustainability paradigm formation is analyzed, generalized mathematical
model of its description is proposed which reflects main components, degree of their
influence and interrelations. Necessity of multi-layers formation and consideration of sustainability
model that covers within common platform global, regional, national local and corporate
levels is demonstrated.
Based on provided by Kyoto Protocol joint implementation projects demonstrated is efficiency
of institutional mechanisms of anthropogenic impact decrease in relations to ecological
component of sustainable development. Efficiency of respective projects implementation could
be evaluated using results of their determination, validation and verification. Based on activities
performed in this direction generalized information related to most problematic elements
which are revealing during development and implementation of different projects oriented to
decrease negative impact of climate change.
