CREATION OF THE CRISIS SITUATIONS LOGISTICS DURING THE RUSSIA – UKRAINE MILITARY CONFLICT

Abstract

Abstract. In article analysis the singularities of the crisis situations logistics creation during
the Ukraine-Russia military conflict and forms of its coordination with military logistics.
Modern international logistics practice using the business logistics, military logistics, crisis situations
logistics as a complex system of integrated logistics management on an country’s level
and frontier conflict zones. Ukrainian political crisis 2013 and Russia – Ukraine military conflict
2014 objectively push the joint efforts to reforming an old and find a ways to creating a new
governmental structures. State-level specialists with expert knowledge in crisis situations logistics
management really wanted now in Ukrainian realities. Today using the foreign experience
in different spheres of civil and military logistics is very important too. The first is in
forecasting a situations and creating modern Ukrainian defend and national security systems
which will guaranty against future possible military and political conflicts in Eastern and Western
Europe. The second is in planning and coordinating civil and military international cooperation
in crisis management between Ukraine and USA, EC, NATO.
