Abstract

Abstract. Exposed prerequisites paradigm shift of world order that emerged after power
view Russia Ukrainian borders with the annexation of the Crimea and the start of military expansion
in southeastern Ukraine. At the same time show the essence of a new type of war that
Russia is against the Ukrainian state. This aggression is called hybrid war because its implementation
combines a variety of means, including information warfare, trolling, active military
exercises near the Ukrainian border, support for separatism and the dominance of saboteurs. The
author argues that the Crimea to Russia has only mentioned geopolitical bridgehead increase
its military presence in the Black Sea region. Russia pays special attention south-eastern region
of Ukraine where structures with the Kremlin was announced Donetsk and Luhansk National Republic,
who has expressed a desire to become part an of the so-called. «Russian world» and Eurasian economic structures. However, this region is geopolitically important for Russia in the energy and technology plans for the control of military-industrial enterprises and prevent the program on shale gas.
