Abstract

Abstract. Creative industry today is strategically important to the economic development of
countries, they contribute to the growth of the innovation potential of the city and can be a powerful
tool for economic growth throughout the state. Creative industries is an effective means of
changing the appearance of cities, improving the standard of living of citizens, promotes economic
growth areas and reduce social tensions. Modern creative vision of urban development
entails the need for new policies to attract and retain human resources. Today, it is necessary to
talk about the creation of jobs that will be alluring for the modern city dweller. Therefore, the
creative industry should be seen as the total cycle of creation, production and distribution of
goods and services based on creativity and intellectual capital. Along with science and high-tech
creative industries are a cornerstone of the innovation economy and knowledge economy.
