Abstract

Abstract. In the article below author makes an attempt to reveal different aspects of Latin
America countries integration in the context of Iberoamerican countries relations on the present
stage of development.
Taking into consideration the urgency of integration processes research and also obligatory
attracting of Ukraine into them as a state that intends to be full member of international community
on the present stage of development of our country it is of high importance study of
State’s bringing in not only to cooperation with separate countries of the world but also with integration
formations.
Among Ukrainian sources there are no fundamental scientific researches on this matter, that
is conditioned, first of all, by the low level of our State bilateral cooperation with Spain and
same with Latin America’s world. So far, we can point to certain scientific novelty of the research
in this article. While making this research I mostly used Spanish and Russian languages
sources. Among the first ones, worth mentioning is a book «España 1995» (Secretaría General
del Portavoz del Gobierno, Madrid, 1995), where the historical aspect of Spanish foreign policy
development is thoroughly described, publications of Ministries for Foreign Affairs of Spain
and several Latin America countries. Among Russian sources – research «Integration in the
western hemisphere on the threshold of XXI century» (Institute for Latin America of Russian Academy of Science, Moscow, 1999), and also periodical publications and articles in the magazine
«Latin America».
Key words: Iberoamerica, Spain, Portugal, integration, Latin America.
