FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT AS A FACTOR OF UKRAINE'S ECONOMIC SECURITY

Abstract

Abstract. Recent trends in financial assistance, which is provided for the innovation development,
as an integral part of economic security of the state, are analyzed. The role and the
place of the government support in this process are presented. Paper explores possible approaches
to the financial assistance from the private sector and international scientific and technological
cooperation as well. It is proposed that the development of financial mechanisms for
the innovative development, based on the presented approaches and international cooperation
in particular, is a positive factor for economic security of Ukraine.
