Abstract

Abstract. Corporate structure of Ukraine s independence substantially transformed, they
changed shape with the state to private, but have differences from similar foreign institutions,
they demonstrate significant shortcomings. This is largely due to the lack of stable, open and
transparent corporate institutions that have not been created at the state level. Private entities
in Ukraine have also failed to establish effective self-regulating mechanisms of transformation
of the competitive property. In this combination of domestic big business and government officials
led to degradation of corporate structures, distorted competitive and transparent conditions
for their functioning.
To adapt the corporate structures of Ukraine international standards proposed by the author:
1) separate the property from the officials and divided into groups corresponding to corporate
entities; 2) to implement an algorithm efficient transformation of state property into
private property; 3) to reform domestic legislation in the field of corporate governance and
bring it closer to Western European standards.
Key words: property, corporate property institutions, effective forms of ownership, corporate
structure, corporate sector in Ukraine and worldwide.
