У статті розглядаються концептуальні підходи до головних стратегій США у ХХІ ст., аналізуються зовнішні та безпекові стратегії Адміністрацій Б. Клінтона, Дж. Буша-молодшого та Б. Обами у контексті трансформацій системи міжнародних відносин, характеризується міжнародне співробітництво США з союзниками та третіми країнами у сфері національної безпеки.

В статье рассматриваются концептуальные подходы к главным стратегиям США в ХХІ ст., анализируются стратегии в сфере внешней политики и политики безопасности Администраций Б. Клинтона, Дж. Буша-младшего и Б. Обамы в контексте трансформации системы международных отношений, характеризуется международное сотрудничество США с союзниками и третьими странами в сфере международной безопасности.

The article deals with the conceptual approaches to the US main strategies in the 21st century. The author analyses foreign and security strategies worked out by the Administrations of B. Clinton, G. Bush Jr. and B. Obama while system of international relations transforming, and characterizes international cooperation of the USA with allies and «third countries» in the international security sphere.
