The role of healthkeeping in the incipience and providing the right to helth

Abstract

The article is devoted to the history of health care and its role in ensuring the right to health in international law. The study is based on an analysis of one of the factors by which the right to health was at the center of a new approach to the understanding of human rights at the international level.
