The resolving of collisions problem towards child support in modern codification

Abstract

In the article author analyses certain conflict of laws of private international law the present day. Author studies regulatory acts of different countries relative to resolving maintenance problems and classifies them on own way. The conformity of Ukraine’s legislation to modern standards in civil procedures concerning the alimony cases had been established.
