The creation of expert advisory centers as a means of ensuring respect for human rights, guaranteed by the ECHR

Abstract

The article analyzes the idea of establishing expert centers on the activities of the European Court of Human Rights, which was proposed in PACE Resolution 1914 of January 22, 2013. The author considering the feasibility of establishing such centers based on law clinics of the universities; examines previous experience of the Council of Europe on this issue; examines the compatibility of such national mean of ensuring respect for human rights with the current legislation of Ukraine.
