Abstract

The aspects of using the legal mechanisms of program regulation of the correlations of the states and European Union (on Ukrainian example), are looked at the article. The coherent legal acts, institutes and mechanisms are watched, forms of the program regulation in those relations are researched at. Specification of the national implementation in area of the program regulation are analyzed at.
