The modern challenges and threats to human rights in the context of globalization

Abstract

The article discusses and analyzes the current challenges and threats to human rights, that are formed under conditions of world globalization process. A comparative analysis of potential threats to human rights at national and international (under the example of Ukraine) levels have been made, when under the influence of lobalization, the transformation are taking place in the international security system.
