The EurAsEC Customs mechanisms

Abstract

Economic integration among the CIS countries started almost immediately after the dissolution of the USSR. One of the most developed integration processes is the Customs Union between Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan. Trade relations between Ukraine and the countries participating in the Customs Union are discussed. The main economic effects for the national economy in case of joining the Customs Union are analyzes. The main economic problems in the way of integration into the Customs Union are defined. The usefulness of the integration processes in the direction of the Customs Union is proved.
