The global distribution of soft power of economic and political centers of the world

Abstract

Soft power is an element of potential for influence of countries. The article aims at finding trends in global distribution of soft power of the main economic and political centers of the world (USA, EU, China, Russia). The author considers the essence of the soft power concept, its current state and dynamics, possible political and economic factors, determines areas of mental influence of the said centers.
