The international legal aspects of agreements on a Common Aviation Area with EU

Abstract

This article analyzes the creation of the EU common aviation areas with third countries. We analyze a number of existing agreements such as the EU-Balkans JES, an agreement on the «Open Sky» with the United States. The prospects for the conclusion of a similar agreement with Ukraine are studied.
