Стаття присвячена аналізу положень Договору про заснування Енергетич-
ного Співтовариства та зобов’язань, які він накладає у енергетичній сфері.
Аналіз договору таких зобов’язань є актуальним для України, адже з 1 лю-
того 2011 р. наша держава є членом Енергетичного Співтовариства.
The article is dedicated to analysis of the Treaty establishing the Energy Community
and of its obligations in the energy sphere. The analysis of this treaty and of such obligations
is of crucial importance for Ukraine as from 1 February 2011 our country
is member of the Energy Community.
