Abstract

Trade flows in the CIS are often structurally different. Countries of the region
have various trade balances, intraregional trade share, commodity structure of ex-
ports, tariff protection, and participation in the WTO. It entails multi-speed inte-
gration in the region. Tariffs and tariff preferences may mark potential vectors for
inter-regional trade integration.
