Abstract

The article focuses on main approaches toward the problem of providing consular
assistance to nationals under the charges of espionage and illegal activity
against national security. In this context the main objectives of the aforesaid piece
are to work out some universal attitudes to the problem which allows Ukrainian
consuls to be more effective providing consular assistance to our citizens abroad.
