AMERICAN STRATEGIC CULTURE AND EVOLUTION OF GRAND STRATEGY OF THE US IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract

The article examines main approaches of Donald Trump’s and Joseph Biden’s Administrations to shaping the system of national interests and grand strategy of the USA. Notion of strategic culture is examined, in particular within US foreign policy context. Conceptual foundations of the 45^th and the 46^th US Presidents are described.
